Semester so far:

From the beginning of the Fine Art In Society module I had planned on slightly linking this module to my Methodology module by touching upon Insects but then the more I got into this idea the more I started to change my mind. This is when I decided I wanted to go on and explore Culture. I began to work on my subject and along the way I gathered so much new information that I then added into my art. I wanted the art that I was creating to have stories behind them so I started to watch documentaries on various topics.

I then got a few more weeks into this subject when I noticed that I was more interested in masks from different cultures more then I was about cultural everyday life, so because of this situation I decided to start to base my work on Masks. I started of looking at African masks and then I set off from there...

I have recently been working on other cultures such as: Hawaiian and Japanese. I have many ideas that I want to get started on and for my end result I hope to fill a wall full of cardboards masks from all over the World.
