Everywhere we go we are surrounded by inspiration whether it is in nature or made products. I often find myself from time to time looking at certain items and turning them into something else. A popular one is looking at the clouds as they all pass or connect with each other and make lots of different images out of them.

Well this one took me back to my childhood, I was sitting in my back garden and when I was looking at some leaves they started to remind me of a facial structure. So I took this leaf and started to give it little facial features until it started to resemble a mask, this was something I did a lot when I was younger and surprising it was still as fascinating now in my 20’s than it was when I was around the age of 7! I made a little gang of leaf masks. The little masks actually started to remind me of South African masks due to their almost oval like frame.
